This role supports the Quality and Risk Manager (QRM) in:

• Monitoring of effective systems and processes to ensure continuous quality improvement, reduce risk, ensure optimal consumer experiences and to meet organisational aged care accreditation requirements.
• Working with both clinical and corporate functions to ensure the inherent data collection, processing and reporting requirements are met.
• Assisting in quality systems, accreditation, Quality Improvement Programs and policy review.
• Focusing on maintaining and enhancing existing systems.
