Partnering With Consumers
Partnering with Consumers Committee – Your voice in improving CDH services
The Board and Staff are responsible for ensuring that consumers, carers and community members are meaningfully involved in decision making about their health. In extending this further, at Cohuna District Hospital (CDH) we believe consumers should be consulted about health service planning, the design of services, and are able to review the performance impact of services on the health and wellbeing of the community in which they live.
The purpose of the Partnering with Consumers Committee is to improve the quality and safety of the health services delivered by CDH through the effective input of consumers in planning and evaluation of services.
If you would like to join the Partnering with Consumers Committee please fill out the attached form and return to the Quality & Risk Manager via the following email; [email protected] or by returning directly to the hospital.
